As part of this team, you will lead the product definition and -management to make our product a little better each day (and also yourselves).    

AT THINKSURANCE NO TWO DAYS ARE THE SAME! YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

• You are responsible for identifying product opportunities and driving product outcomes contributing to our business goals
• You do this by deeply understanding our market and users in tight collaboration with people across various departments and with the help of your cross-functional team
• You utilize your background in technology product development, excellent project management skills, great communication skills, and a motivation to achieve results in a fast paced environment
• You are keen to stay on top of industry trends and the competitive landscape
• You enjoy working on complex system software in a customer-centric manner, and feel strongly driven to make our solutions achieve their operational goals

WHAT DEFINES YOU

• A proven track record in building exceptional digital products solving real user problems generating measurable business results in complex environments
• A truly entrepreneurial mindset and cannot resist challenging the status quo. Facing resistance makes you even more persistent, but you consistently seek evidence to prove yourself wrong
• Agile methodologies like Scrum are not your remedy, they are the fundament you build upon. You master all skills of qualitative & quantitative product discovery and agile delivery and are aware of using them at the right moment with the correct dose
